Students must complete all testing and other requirements prior to registration. Failure to do so will result in the student being dropped from the course. For more information on what your prerequisites might be please contact or go to the web for student services or the testing center.

Payment must be made in full at the time of registration. Failure to do so will result in the registration being dropped from the program or course.
If a student is not able to attend a program or course and needs to withdraw, they must do so prior to the start date to receive a refund. Please contact student services at 801.753.6282. or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Refunds will only be given if a student withdraws prior to the beginning of the program or course. Programs or courses may be canceled for inadequate enrollment, in which case a refund will be issued.
